Returns & Exchanges

• Window:
  Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

• Eligibility:
  Items must be unworn, unused, and returned with original tags and packaging.

• Approval:
  Return requests must be submitted and approved before any item is sent back.
  Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

• Exchange:
  We do not offer direct exchanges.
  Size changes are currently handled through store credit.

• Store credit:
  For one approved size change request, POLAR OFFICE covers the return label.
  New orders placed with store credit follow our standard shipping rates.

• Returns:
  For refund returns, a $15 prepaid return label fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  A return label will be provided once the return request is approved.

• Defective or Incorrect Items:
  Approved claims for defective or incorrect items are handled at no additional cost to the customer.

• Non-returnable Items:
  Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

• Refund Timing:
  Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection.
