• Additional Information:

  An accurate shipping address and contact number are required to ensure successful delivery.
  We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Returns & Exchanges

• Window:
  Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
  

• Eligibility:
  Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging included
  

• Return Approval:
  All return requests must be submitted and approved before an item is sent back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted
  

• Size Exchange:

  We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Approved size changes are handled through store credit.
  For one approved size change on a first order, POLAR OFFICE will provide a complimentary return label. A replacement order can then be placed using the issued store credit. Standard shipping rates apply to the new order.

   

• Store credit:
  For one approved size change request, POLAR OFFICE covers the return label.
  New orders placed with store credit follow our standard shipping rates.

• Refund Returns:
  For approved refund returns, a prepaid return label will be provided. A return shipping fee equivalent to $15 will be deducted from the refund amount.
  

• Defective or Incorrect Items:
  Approved claims for defective or incorrect items are handled at no additional cost to the customer.

• Non-returnable Items:
  Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

• Refund Timing:
  Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider.
