United States
A flat shipping fee of $10 applies to orders under $150. Orders of $150 or more qualify for complimentary shipping. Orders are shipped on a DDP basis. Duties are included, and applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Japan
A flat shipping fee of $10 applies to orders under $150. Orders of $150 or more qualify for complimentary shipping. Orders are shipped on a DDP basis. Duties and import taxes are included where applicable, with no additional charges upon delivery.

Canada
A flat shipping fee of $10 applies to orders under $150. Orders of $150 or more qualify for complimentary shipping. Orders are shipped on a DDP basis. Duties and import taxes are included, with no additional charges upon delivery.

Europe
A flat shipping fee of $10 applies to orders under $150. Orders of $150 or more qualify for complimentary shipping. Orders are shipped on a DDP basis. Duties and import taxes are included, with no additional charges upon delivery.

Australia

Additional Information

An accurate shipping address and contact number are required to ensure successful delivery. We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local holidays, weather, or carrier conditions.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition, with all tags and original packaging included.

Return Approval

All return requests must be submitted and approved before an item is sent back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Size Changes

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Approved size changes are handled through store credit.

For one approved size change on an initial order, POLAR OFFICE will provide a complimentary return label. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will issue store credit for the returned item, along with a shipping credit covering the applicable standard shipping fee for the replacement order.

This benefit is limited to one approved size change per customer. Additional size changes are subject to standard return and shipping rates.

Refund Returns

For approved refund returns, a prepaid return label will be provided.

For orders delivered to the United States, Japan, Canada, Europe, or Australia, a return shipping fee of $10, or the equivalent amount in the original order currency, will be deducted from the refund amount.

For orders delivered within South Korea, a return shipping fee of $5, or the equivalent amount in the original order currency, will be deducted from the refund amount.

If a return reduces the retained merchandise value below the complimentary shipping threshold, the original shipping fee of $10 will also be deducted from the refund. This condition applies only to orders delivered outside South Korea.

Defective or Incorrect Items

Approved claims for defective or incorrect items are handled at no additional cost to the customer.

Non-returnable Items

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider.
