Orders ship from South Korea via FedEx Priority, Sagawa Express, or Hanjin.
Processing time is typically 1–2 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
Once your order has been shipped, responsibility is transferred to the carrier.
However, we will assist in resolving delivery issues whenever possible.

6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original condition with tags and packaging. Certain items may not be eligible for return, as outlined in our Refund Policy.
