Returns & Exchanges

Window:
Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility:
Items must be unworn, unused, and returned with original tags and packaging.

Approval:
Please contact info@polaroffice.com or submit a request through our returns portal.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchange:
We do not offer direct exchanges.
Size changes are handled through store credit to maintain fast and accurate inventory processing.

Store credit:
Once approved, store credit will be issued for the returned item.
POLAR OFFICE covers the return label for approved store credit returns.
New orders placed with store credit follow our standard shipping rates.

Returns:
For refund returns, a $15 return fee is deducted from the refund amount.
A return label will be provided once the return request is approved.

Defective or Incorrect Items:
Approved claims for defective or incorrect items are handled at no additional cost to the customer.

Non-returnable Items:
Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Refund Timing:
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection.
